Licensor observed blinds with cords at entry with cords. Licensor observed exit door of glass without stickers or decals to provider a barrier at a child's eye level. Licensor observed a laundry room door unlocked and is accessible from hallway, needing safety device on door handle, or washer and dryer to prevent access or entrapment. Licensor observed diaper changing table, will need safety device added if bags holding wipes will be used for storage.
